Welcome to Rinsons Health Care (RB Homoeo Shop). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.rbhomoeoshop.com (the “Site”) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Agreement to Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, form the entire agreement between you and RB Homoeo Shop regarding the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place orders on the Site. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you must use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. User accounts, passwords & security

If you register an account you must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at care@rbhomoeoshop.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Product information & availability

We strive to display accurate product information (including images, descriptions and prices). However, we do not guarantee perfection of product images or descriptions. All products are subject to availability; we may discontinue or change products or pricing at any time. Orders may be refused or canceled at our discretion.

6. Orders, pricing & payment

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

  • By placing an order you offer to purchase the products in your order, subject to these Terms. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation email / SMS / WhatsApp with tracking details.

  • We accept payments via payment gateways (Razorpay) and other methods listed on checkout. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. For special requests (e.g., PayPal), buyer will bear any additional transaction fees.

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit or cancel order quantities.

7. Shipping & delivery responsibility

  • We partner with third-party couriers (e.g., Delhivery, Shiprocket, Trackon, Shiprockt, and others depending on requirement). Once the courier picks up your order, delivery is handled by that courier.

  • We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but shipping times are estimates only. Delays due to courier operations, customs, strikes, weather, or other unforeseen events are possible. Such delays are not valid grounds for refund or cancellation. We will assist in tracking and coordination.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery address and a working mobile number for OTPs. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, re-shipping and RTO charges will apply.

8. Return, refund and cancellation policy

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy page for full details (link). Short summary: most OTC homeopathy products are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons; valid returns are limited to wrong, damaged, defective or expired items and require evidence as specified in the returns policy.

9. Prohibited uses

You agree not to: use the Site for unlawful purposes; interfere with the Site’s operation; harvest or collect data about other users; upload malicious code; or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

10. User content, reviews & submissions

If you post reviews, comments or other content on the Site you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute that content. You represent that you own the rights to any content you post and that it complies with our rules (no obscene, illegal, infringing or defamatory content). We may remove or edit user content at our discretion.

11. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, images, logos, icons, software, design) is owned or licensed by us and protected by Indian and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not offer medical advice; product information is for informational purposes only. Consult a qualified health practitioner for medical advice.

13. Limitations of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms will be limited to the amount you actually paid to us for the order in the one (1) month period preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RB Homoeo Shop, its officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of applicable law.

15. Data & privacy

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (link). By using the Site you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your data as described there.

16. Electronic communications & transactions

Communications sent via email, SMS or other electronic channels constitute valid written communications. You consent to receive electronic communications from us regarding your orders and our Services.

17. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Termination does not affect rights or obligations incurred before termination.

18. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

19. Severability & waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions remain in force. Failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver of such right.

20. Third-party links & services

The Site may include links to third-party websites, payment gateways, or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices and linking does not imply endorsement. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

21. Miscellaneous

These Terms and any policies posted on the Site constitute the entire agreement between you and RB Homoeo Shop relating to your use of the Site. We may assign our rights under these Terms at any time.
