Orders Acceptance, Shipment Cost, Return and Refund

International Shipping Policy

Place your order directly on this website if you are placing your order from the below countries.

Order Placement

  1. If your country is not listed in the above list please place your order on WhatsApp. Please place your orders on our WhatsApp Number – +91 088008 25020 only.
  2. All the products will be sold on MRP only.
  3. Order will be finalized and accepted when the customer and seller (RB Homoeo Shop) both are agreed on the product and shipping price and the customer is ready to pay the price.

Shipment

  1. We ship to all countries except Afghanistan and Pakistan.
  2. We ship using Indian Speed Post and Aramex.
  3. After dispatch, we will provide your tracking details.
  4. A minimum 1kg shipment charge will be charged. Max allowed weight in each order is 2kg.

Payments

  1. Our preferred payment mode is RazorPay. If you want to pay with PayPal please inform us. We will send you PayPal payment link.
  2. The PayPal fee will be paid by the buyer.

Refunds/Replacement

  1. Before ordering make sure you really need the product and then place your order.
  2. Make sure your country allows the import of homeopathy medicine. If required We will provide a doctor’s prescription from our homeopathy doctor on a chargeable basis. If you have any prescription from your doctor, please share it with us on WhatsApp or email us the scanned copy to [email protected]
  3. We do not offer a refund in case the shipment is returned due to non-payment of customs clearance or any other rule of the consignee’s country.
  4. We do not offer free replacement of broken/leaked bottles. We do the best possible packing to avoid any breakage.

Customs Clearance

  1. It will be the sole responsibility of the consignee to pay the custom clearance charges – if any. It will be over and above the product + shipment charges.
  2. Your local customs authority may ask you to hire clearance agents to get the parcel released and pay the additional customs duty on the parcel. Failing to pay the customs duty will return the parcel to the sender (RB Homoeo Shop). In this case, also we will not refund the product and shipment cost.
