Product Return and Refund Policy

All listed product products are non-returnable products. Please make sure that you really need the product which you are ordering for personal use or for any other purpose.

Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

    1. No refund if the ordered product is not needed anymore: We cannot offer a refund if the product you ordered is no longer needed. It is important to carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.
    2. No refund if you ordered the wrong product/brand/quantity/potency, etc.: We cannot offer a refund if you made an error in ordering the wrong product, brand, quantity, potency, or any other specification. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting it.
    3. No refund if you want to purchase from another site: If you decide to purchase the product from another website or vendor, we cannot provide a refund. Please ensure your selection is accurate before making a purchase.
    4. No refund if you are not available to accept your courier for any reason: It is your responsibility to ensure that you or someone authorized is available to accept the delivery of your order. We cannot provide a refund if you cannot receive the courier for any reason.
    5. No refund if the courier is returned to us due to an incorrect address: Please ensure that you provide us with the correct and accurate shipping address. We cannot offer a refund if the courier is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you.

Return/Refund Policy for damaged products:

Your claim for return/refund/exchange will be valid if you are able to provide video evidence or parcel/courier opening.

  • Please make a video using any mobile phone/video camera, when opening the courier received from RB Homoeo Shop.
  • Clearly show the damaged product in the video.
  • Share the video on WhatsApp number of RB HomoeoShop. or email to [email protected]
  • Once the claim is approved by the reviewer, replacement/refund will be sent to you ASAP.

International Refunds/Replacement

  1. Please ensure that you genuinely require the product before placing your order.
  2. It will be buyers’ responsibility to check if ordered medicine is not banned in his/her/destination country.
  3. No refund if shipment is returned/rejected by the customs department/legal authority due to banned medicine in ordered shipment.
  4. We do not provide refunds if the shipment is returned because of non-payment of customs clearance fees or violation of any other regulations in the recipient’s country.
  5. We do not offer complimentary replacements for broken or leaked bottles. We take utmost care in packaging to minimize the risk of damage.
  6. Replacement is available on chargeable basis.

Customs Clearance

  1. It will be sole responsibility of consignee to pay the custom clearance charges – if any. It will be over and above the product + shipment charges.
  2. Your local customs authority may ask you to hire clearance agents to get the parcel released and pay the additional custom duty on the parcel. Failing to pay the custom duty will return the parcel to sender (RB Homoeo Shop). In this case also we will not refund the product cost.
