At Rinsons Health Care (RB Homoeo Shop), we aim to ensure safe packaging and reliable delivery of authentic OTC homeopathy products across India. While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders efficiently, shipping timelines are subject to operational and logistical factors beyond our direct control.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed after successful order confirmation and verification.
- Dispatch timelines depend on product availability, internal processing, verification requirements, and operational conditions.
- In certain cases, dispatch may be delayed due to stock unavailability or restocking from suppliers.
- Same-day, next-day, or fixed-date dispatch is not guaranteed for any order.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are dispatched only after customer confirmation.
2. Delivery Partners
- We ship orders through reputed third-party courier partners such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Trackon.
- Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, tracking details are shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
- After dispatch, delivery handling and transit timelines are solely managed by the courier partner.
3. Delivery Timelines & Working Days
- Delivery timelines communicated to customers are estimated working days only, not calendar days.
- Working days exclude Sundays, public holidays, and courier non-operational days.
- Delivery duration varies based on destination, courier network coverage, and last-mile routing.
- We do not provide date-specific or time-specific delivery guarantees, including requests for delivery by a particular day or time.
Any delivery time or date mentioned by a customer is treated as a preference only, not a commitment.
4. No Time-Based or Date-Based Delivery Guarantee

Courier partners do not offer us hour-based or slot-based delivery assurances.

Delivery may occur at any time during standard courier operating hours.

Orders delivered within the communicated working-day range are considered successfully delivered, even if delivery occurs later than expected on the day of delivery.
📌 Delivery delays, time variations, or last-mile scheduling differences do not qualify for cancellation, refund, or compensation.
5. Delivery Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
- Invalid, unreachable, or switched-off contact number
- Customer or authorized recipient unavailable at delivery time
- Failed OTP verification (where applicable)
- Courier operational delays, regional workload, weather disruptions, strikes, or unforeseen events
While we will assist in tracking and coordinating with the courier, delivery delays alone are not grounds for cancellation or refund.
6. Customer Responsibility & Failed Deliveries
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address along with a reachable mobile number.
- Many courier partners require OTP verification at the time of delivery.
- If a shipment is returned due to incorrect details, failed OTP verification, refusal, or recipient unavailability:
- Re-shipping will be chargeable
- Previous shipping and RTO charges may apply
- Free shipping benefits (if any) will not apply to re-dispatch
7. Prepaid Orders – Important Disclaimer
- Prepaid orders are processed on a best-effort dispatch basis.
- Dispatch delays caused due to stock availability, restocking, or operational handling do not qualify for order cancellation or refund.
- By placing a prepaid order, the customer agrees to wait for dispatch within a reasonable processing period.
7.1 Re-Shipping Charges (Including Free Shipping Orders)
- Orders qualifying for free shipping based on order value (₹500 or above) are eligible for one-way initial shipment only.
- Re-shipping is not free under any circumstances, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
- Re-shipping charges will apply in all cases, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect product, brand, potency, or quantity ordered by the customer
- Replacement requests due to incorrect selection
- Return-to-origin (RTO) due to incorrect or incomplete address
- Invalid or unreachable contact number
- Failed OTP verification
- Customer unavailability or refusal to accept delivery
- Courier return for any customer-related reason
- Replacement or re-dispatch requests for broken or damaged items
Applicable re-shipping charges will include:
- Forward shipping cost
- Return (RTO) charges, if incurred
- Packaging and handling costs
- Re-shipping will be initiated only after payment of applicable charges.
8. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
- Time-based or date-based delivery requests are not assured
- Courier delays or operational constraints do not entitle the customer to cancellation or refund
- This Shipping Policy must be read in conjunction with our Return & Refund Policy
10. Product Expiry & Shelf-Life Disclaimer
- All products sold by Rinsons Health Care (RB Homoeo Shop) are supplied within their valid expiry period and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
- The remaining shelf life of a product may vary depending on manufacturing date, batch availability, and stock rotation.
- A product that is within its printed expiry date is not considered defective, damaged, or non-compliant, even if the remaining shelf life is shorter than expected.
- “Near expiry” products are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund, provided they are within the stated expiry date at the time of delivery.
- Expiry dates are clearly mentioned on the product packaging.
We do not display batch-wise expiry details on the product page. - Customers who require confirmation of expiry details must request the same before placing the order, either by contacting our support team or by mentioning the requirement in the order notes at checkout.
- In the absence of a pre-order expiry request, products supplied within the valid expiry period shall be deemed accepted and compliant.
- Customers are advised to consider usage requirements before purchasing consumable or topical products, particularly when ordering in bulk quantities.
