Magnesia phosphoricum 3x: Cramping of muscles with radiating pains, Flatulent colic, forcing patient to bend double.
Natrum sulphuricum 3x: Sharp, stitching pains; cannot bear tight clothing around waist
Calcarea phosphorica 3x: At every attempt to eat, colicky pain in abdomen. Colic, soreness and burning around navel.

Dosage of Dr. Reckeweg Bio Combination 3
Adults : 4 tablets every three hours or four times a day.
Children : 1 to 2 tablets 4 times a day.
