Indication of Feverid Syrup
It is in indicated when the body’s temperature goes above 98.6°F or 37°C with symptoms that may include sweating, shivering, headache, muscle aches, loss of appetite, dehydration and general weakness.
Composition of Feverid Syrup
- Baptisia Q:Â It is indicated for Muscular soreness with burning heat of skin, chill with joint pains and soreness all over body. Heat all over the body.
- Bryonia Alba. Q:Â All kinds of bilious, and remittent fevers. In intermittent fever, great thirst during chill, and still greater in heat.
- Gelsemium Q:Â Rise of temperature with prostration, stupor, thirstlessness. Dullness, dizziness, drowsy, trembling. Chills – in back going up and down, with dark red face and besotted appearance.
- Eucalyptus Q:Â It is well indicated in Influenza, Fevers of a relapsing character. Continued high temperature and typhoid fevers where Discharges show a tendency to foulness is relieved by eucalyptus.
- Eupatorium Perf.Q:Â Â Coryza, with sneezing. Influenza, with great soreness of muscles and bones. Chronic loose cough, chest sore.
- Ferrum Phos 6X:Â Chill with thirst. Heat with thirstlessness. Pulse full, short, quick flowing. Used for sudden high rise of temperature due to exposure to cold air or cold drinks, over exertion.
Dosage of Feverid Syrup
Adults : 2 or 3 teaspoonful 2 or 3 times a day
Children: 1 or 2 teaspoonful 2 or 3 times a day or as directed by the Physician.
