Common Name:  Magnolia,  Yolotxochitl.

Causes & Symptoms for Magnolia Grandiflora

• For bruised and constrictive pains in various parts, and particularly the joints.
• Pain in the clavicle, pains that alternate in joints and the chest.
• Pains that change the location, alternate places.
• Suffocative constrictions felt in the throat is an indication for this remedy.
• Flow between the menses is an indication for this remedy.
• Dry cough during the day, better night by going to bed.

Mind and Head

Sadness, uneasiness with confusion and dullness is an indication for Magnolia Grandiflora.

Vertigo, Pain in temples, on bending forward, in left temple.

Eyes, ear, nose

Heaviness of lids, with sensation of weeping.

Blurred vision and weakness of vision.

Mouth and Throat

Soreness of teeth, with shooting pains felt in the mouth.

Burning, and dryness, with pain in pit of stomach and often extending to abdomen.

Stomach and abdomen

Nausea in morning on rising, as from tobacco.

Emptiness, with general lassitude, vertigo, and nausea.

Pain in abdomen: from pressure, with diarrhea is relieved with Magnolia Grandiflora.

Contusive pain in liver and spleen, extending to stomach.

Female complaints

Thick white or yellow discharge, with straining when urinating, also with constipation.

Menses delayed, pale and scanty, of coagulated blood for two days is an indication for this remedy.

Neck and Back

Stiffness of neck, and contusive pain, stiffness and tiredness, and in back.

Weight in neck with tiredness of spine.

Extremities

Uneasiness in hands, compelling constant rubbing, sprained pains in joints.

Stiffness of limbs, pricking in whole body, soreness, better by exercise.

Cardiac and rheumatic pains generally better in morning, sometimes after rising, better of pain in dry weather.

Side effects of Magnolia Grandiflora

There are no such side effects. But every medicine should be taken following the rules as given.

Dosage and rules while taking Magnolia Grandiflora

Take 5 drops in half cup of water three times a day.

You can also medicate the globules and take 3 times a day or as prescribed by the physician.
