1. Order Processing

  • All confirmed orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24 hours.
  • In rare cases, processing may take longer due to product availability or if an alternative product needs to be arranged.
  • Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) will be dispatched only after customer confirmation.

2. Delivery Partners

  • We ship through leading courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Trackon.
  • Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email/WhatsApp.
  • Please note: While we ensure prompt dispatch, the delivery timeline is managed solely by the courier partner.

3. Delivery Timelines & Delays

  • Standard delivery time varies depending on your location and courier network.
  • Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as:
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
    • Invalid or unreachable mobile number.
    • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
    • Courier operational issues, strikes, weather disruptions, or unforeseen conditions.

📌 Important: Delivery delays are not eligible for cancellation or refund. However, we will assist you in tracking and coordinating with the courier to resolve the issue at the earliest.

4. Delivery Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address with a working mobile number.

  • Most couriers require OTP verification at the time of delivery. Please ensure the mobile number provided is accessible, otherwise delivery may fail.

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect details, unavailability, or failed OTP verification, re-shipping charges (including RTO charges) will apply, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
